Der Prüfungsausschuss Soziologie hat beschlossen, dass nach § 28 Absatz 3 der Prüfungs- und Studienordnung der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München für den Bachelorstudiengang Soziologie vom 17. März 2010 Studierende in wiederholten Fällen des Absatzes 1 von der Erbringung aller weiteren Modulprüfungen, Modulteilprüfungen und Vorleistungen ausgeschlossen werden. Die Studierenden werden gemäß Art. 49 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BayHSchG exmatrikuliert.
Der Prüfungsausschuss Soziologie hat beschlossen, dass nach §16 Abs. 1 Satz 3 der PStO alle Hausarbeiten, die als Teilleistung einer Modulprüfung oder Modulteilprüfung eingereicht werden, zusätzlich als PDF-Dokument per E-Mail in der endgültigen Abgabeversion dem/der Prüfer/in am festgesetzten Abgabetermin zugesendet werden müssen. Zudem muss der Hausarbeit eine vom Studierenden unterschriebene Eigenständigkeitserklärung beiliegen.
Basic information:
The thesis for the degree program Sociology should be processed in the course of the 6th semester according to attachement 2 of the examination regulations.
Supervision:
Please contact your supervisor in good time before the beginning of the thesis working time. A withdrawal from the thesis topic given is only possible once two weeks after the first day of the working time at the latest.
Registration:
The form for thesis regsitration can be downloaded here. Please exclusively use the form intended for your degree program. If there is no specific form for your program, please use the form desgnated as "allgemein".
Please fill in your personal data and let your supervisor fill in the thesis' working title.
The form will be forwarded to the examanation office either directly by your supervisor, or by your program coordinator. The admission to the thesis will be registered by the responsible clerk within two to three weeks after the beginning of the thesis working time.
After the thesis was registered at the examination office, it appears on your LSF Transcript of Records and on the LSF page "List of registered exams". Here, you can also check the spelling of your thesis' working title. If anything is incorrect, please contact the responsible clerk at the examination office.
Thesis working tme:
The beginning of the thesis working time is the first day of the registration period for all students. The working time is exactly ten weeks.
Please note: The registration form can be submitted at any given day during the registration period. The beginning of the thesis working time is its first day regardless.
Submission:
The thesis [2 copies] must be submitted to Mr Phil Lucien Hänßler in room D 203 (Geschwister-Scholl-Platz 1, 80539 München) on the day of submission during opeing hours. Furthermore, you have to send a pdf-version of the thesis to your supervisor at the submission date.
